BOOKING POLICY

HOW TO BOOK

Since ATWB is still in its soft-opening phase, I currently have limited booking availability. Please inquire for Nano Brows or Makeup service(s) by submitting a form with all your details and I will respond as soon as possible.

BOOKING FEE

There is a $50 non-refundable, booking fee for any service. This is required to confirm and place-hold your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

I accept digital payment for the booking fee and service via Ca$happ, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle. Cash is also accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

HOW TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

You may cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and reschedule for another day/time. Please send me an email at lisa@aroundthewaybrows.com, send a message via the contact form or text message to reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled under 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, the non-refundable booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be used towards the service originally booked and possible inability to rebook in the future.

EXCESS CANCELLATIONS

If there are more than (2) cancellations and rescheduling, I reserve the right to refuse service.
